Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets (about 1 medium head)
  • 6 slices crispy bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets; remove tough stems.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain excess fat on paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
