  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the portobello caps by removing the stems and scraping out the dark gills.
