  • 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup grilled chicken or shrimp (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until clear. Combine with water in a pot; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until fluffy.
