  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a clean bowl, whip the egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sugar while beating until stiff peaks form and glossy.
  3. Gently fold in vinegar and vanilla extract.
  4. Spoon meringue onto the prepared baking sheet in circular shapes with a dip in the center.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until dry to touch. Leave in the oven to cool.
  6. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; add sugar if desired.
  7. Fill cooled meringue nests with whipped cream and top generously with berries.
