  • 2 large leeks, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Sauté leeks until soft (about 5 minutes), then add garlic until fragrant.
