Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Bloom the gelatin by mixing it with cold water and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves without boiling.
  3. Remove the mixture from heat and steep in Earl Grey tea bags for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove tea bags and stir in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  5. Pour into individual molds or cups and refrigerate for at least four hours until set.
  6. To serve, run a knife around the edges and invert onto plates or serve directly from cups. Garnish as desired.
