Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix granulated and brown sugar with vegetable oil. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed; do not overmix.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes. Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls and coat them in powdered sugar.
- Place on prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly cracked.
