  • 1 (8 lb) Bone-In Ham
  • 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 24 Whole Cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Place the ham cut-side down in the roasting pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and pineapple juice until smooth.
  4. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern about 1-inch apart and insert whole cloves into each intersection.
  5. Brush half of the glaze over the scored areas of the ham; reserve the rest for later basting.
  6. Bake for approximately 15-18 minutes per pound, basting with remaining glaze every 30 minutes until an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C) is reached.
