- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
- 24 Whole Cloves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.
- Place the ham cut-side down in the roasting pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and pineapple juice until smooth.
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern about 1-inch apart and insert whole cloves into each intersection.
- Brush half of the glaze over the scored areas of the ham; reserve the rest for later basting.
- Bake for approximately 15-18 minutes per pound, basting with remaining glaze every 30 minutes until an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C) is reached.
