Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin seeds, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until tender and golden brown.
- While the cauliflower roasts, blend feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor until creamy.
- Once roasted, transfer cauliflower to a serving platter and dollop whipped feta on top. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
