- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 (8 oz) block feta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, torn
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine halved cherry tomatoes, drained chickpeas, minced garlic, and olive oil; toss until evenly coated.
