- 1 cup eggnog

- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until mixed. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just blended.
- Pour in eggnog, nutmeg, and vanilla extract; mix gently until combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and bake for 55-60 minutes or until set around the edges but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
- Once chilled, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and spread on top of the cheesecake. Garnish with additional nutmeg if desired.
