  • 1 large orange (zest and juice)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Rinse cranberries under cold water, discarding any bruised ones. Peel and chop the apple into small cubes. Zest and juice the orange.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, diced apple, orange juice, zest, walnuts, and maple syrup. Stir until mixed.
  3. Allow the mixture to simmer on low for 15-20 minutes until cranberries burst and mixture thickens.
