- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.
