- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups your favorite tomato sauce
