- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup tangerine juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and honey. Mix well using your hands.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the meatballs bake, whisk together tangerine juice and sesame oil in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering and slightly thickened.
- Once baked, transfer meatballs to a bowl and pour the glaze over them. Toss gently to coat.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
