Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  5. Spoon or pipe the batter into the donut pan about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk and cinnamon; dip each warm donut into the glaze.
