- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 cup bell peppers (sliced)

- 1 inch fresh ginger root (grated)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until clear. Combine with 2 cups of water in a pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to low; simmer for 15 minutes.
- Slice ribeye steak against the grain into thin strips. In a bowl, mix with teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté bell peppers for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp; set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook marinated steak strips for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Assemble bowls starting with jasmine rice, topped with sautéed peppers and cooked steak. Drizzle with additional teriyaki sauce if desired.
- Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
