- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onion until fully cooked (7-10 minutes). Drain excess grease.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Combine the beef mixture with cooked elbow macaroni in the skillet.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the meat-pasta mixture. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top. Repeat layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
